1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns will only be accepted for items that are unused, unopened, and in their original, sealed packaging with all safety seals intact. The return request must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
We cannot accept any returns on products that have been opened, used, or show any signs of tampering. This policy is non-negotiable for the health and safety of our customers.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned under any circumstances:
- Any product with a broken, removed, or compromised seal.
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” on the product page.
- Free gifts, samples, or promotional items.
- Gift cards.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, you must first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns sent without an RMA number will be rejected and returned to the sender.
To begin the process:

- In the email, provide your order number and the specific item(s) you wish to return.
- Upon approval, we will issue you an RMA number and provide detailed instructions for the return shipment.
4. Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning an item. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.
If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged item), we will provide a pre-paid return label.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and meticulously inspected by our team, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please allow additional time for the credit to appear on your bank statement. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Please email [email protected] with photos of the damaged item and the original packaging. We will assess the issue and provide instructions for a replacement or a refund. Claims made after this 48-hour window will not be accepted.
