Purpose of This Policy
This Pricing & Promotions Policy explains, in plain language, exactly how MYFIOR ("MYFIOR," "we," "us," or "our") sets, displays, discounts, and updates the price of every skincare, makeup, hair care, and body care product sold on myfior.com (the "Site"). It sits alongside our Shipping Policy, Return Policy, Privacy Policy, and Disclaimer & Product Liability Policy, and it exists for one reason: so you never have to guess what a product costs, why a discount is being offered, or what will be charged before you complete an order.
By browsing the Site, adding an item to your cart, or completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to review this policy. If any price, promotion, or charge you see doesn't match what is described here, please contact us at [email protected] before you order, and we will clarify or correct it.
Currency & How Prices Are Displayed
MYFIOR ships exclusively within the United States, and every price shown on the Site — on category pages, product pages, in your cart, and at checkout — is listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). We do not currently offer dynamic currency conversion or display prices in any other currency, so the number you see is the number that will be charged before tax, shipping, and any discount are applied.
For products that come in more than one size, shade, or variant (for example, a toner offered in two bottle sizes), the product page displays a price range reflecting the lowest and highest variant price; the exact price for your selected variant is shown clearly once you make a selection, and again in your cart before you check out.
Our Honest Pricing Commitment
The price displayed on a MYFIOR product page is the price you will pay for that item, before tax and shipping — never a "teaser" figure that changes once you reach checkout.
We price every product based on our actual landed cost from the brand or authorized distributor, standard retail margin, and, where applicable, a genuine promotional reduction. We do not inflate a "regular" price purely so it can be discounted, and we do not display a price on an ad, in search results, or on a category page that differs from the price shown when you open that specific product.
If you ever believe a price shown to you in an advertisement, email, or social post does not match the live price on myfior.com, please tell us at [email protected] with a screenshot if possible — we treat this as a priority correction, not a minor issue.
Sale Prices & Our Reference Price Rule
When a product on myfior.com shows a struck-through "was" price next to a lower "now" price, that struck-through figure reflects a price at which the identical product was genuinely offered for sale on our Site for a meaningful period immediately beforehand — consistent with the Federal Trade Commission's Guides Against Deceptive Pricing (16 C.F.R. Part 233). We do not manufacture an inflated reference price solely to manufacture the appearance of a discount, and we do not leave a "sale" badge active indefinitely on a price that is, in reality, our normal selling price.
Example: Genuine Discount

What We Never Do

Percentage-off badges (for example, "-12%" or "-14%") shown on product tiles are calculated directly from that product's own standard price and its current discounted price — never from a manufacturer's suggested retail price we do not actually charge, and never rounded up in our favor.
Coupons, Discount Codes & Special Offers
From time to time we offer coupon codes, first-order discounts, seasonal promotions, referral rewards, or subscriber-only offers through our website, email list, SMS list, or social channels. For every promotion we run, we clearly disclose:
- The exact discount amount or percentage, and how it is calculated (off the full order, off a specific category, or off a specific item).
- Any minimum purchase requirement, maximum discount cap, or product exclusions.
- The start date and, where applicable, the end date or expiration of the offer.
- Whether the offer can be combined with other codes, sales, or rewards, or must be used on its own.
Discount codes are applied at checkout and the reduced total is shown clearly in your order summary before you submit payment. If a code fails to apply, or applies for a different amount than advertised, please contact [email protected] before completing your order and we will resolve it manually if the offer was valid.
Flash Sales & Time-Limited Promotions
Our "Flash Sale" section highlights products with a genuine, time-bound discount that is scheduled to end on a specific date or once a defined promotional window closes. When we label an offer a "flash sale" or otherwise imply urgency (such as a countdown timer), the promotion is real: the reduced price is active for the stated window only, and the price will revert to its standard level — or move to a new, separately disclosed promotion — once that window ends.
We do not repeatedly relaunch an identical "flash sale" back-to-back in a way designed to imply a one-time event when the discount is, in substance, a standing price. If a flash-sale countdown or "ends soon" message appears anywhere on the Site, it reflects an actual scheduled end time configured in our store system, not a decorative or looping element.
Bundle & Multi-Buy Pricing
Where we offer a curated bundle, routine set, or "buy more, save more" multi-buy pricing, the product or landing page lists the individual full price of each included item alongside the bundled price, so the savings are transparent and verifiable rather than simply asserted. A bundle discount is calculated against the actual current individual prices of the included items at the time the bundle is listed — not against a price those items have never actually sold for on their own.
Stock, Availability & No Artificial Scarcity
Product availability shown on myfior.com — "In Stock," "Out of Stock," "Only a few left," or a specific low-stock count — is generated directly from our live inventory records at the time the page loads. We do not display a "limited stock" or "selling fast" message as a generic marketing device on items that are, in fact, fully stocked; any low-inventory indicator you see reflects an actual, current unit count in our warehouse system.
If an item you ordered sells out or becomes unavailable between the time you placed your order and the time we process it, we will notify you promptly at the email address on file, and you may choose a substitute item, a backorder with an estimated restock date, or a full refund of the amount paid for that item.
Sales Tax Disclosure
MYFIOR is required to collect applicable state and local sales tax on orders shipped within the United States, based on the destination address you provide and the tax rules of that state. The exact sales tax amount is calculated automatically once you enter your shipping address and is displayed as a separate, clearly labeled line item in your order summary — before you submit payment, not after.
Because tax rates and taxability rules (including whether cosmetics are taxed at a state's general rate) vary by state, county, and sometimes city, the tax shown to a customer in one state may differ from the tax shown to a customer in another for an identical cart. We do not build sales tax into the displayed item price; it is always itemized separately so you can see precisely what portion of your total is tax.
Shipping Cost Disclosure
Shipping charges, along with any free-shipping threshold currently in effect, are disclosed on our Shipping Policy page and are calculated and displayed in your cart as soon as you enter a shipping address — before you reach the final payment step. We do not add an undisclosed handling fee, packaging fee, or surcharge at the final step of checkout that was not already reflected in the shipping line item shown in your cart.
Your complete order total — item price, discounts applied, sales tax, and shipping — is always shown together in one order summary immediately before the button that submits payment, so nothing about your final charge is a surprise.
Same-Day & Regional Delivery Offers
MYFIOR offers same-day delivery to eligible addresses within our local California Bay Area service radius for orders placed and confirmed before the applicable daily cutoff time; this option, and its associated cost or qualifying order minimum, is presented at checkout only to addresses that actually qualify. Customers outside this radius are shown our standard nationwide shipping options and timelines, and same-day delivery is never presented as available to an address it cannot actually reach.
Price Changes & Pricing Errors
Because our catalog draws on current wholesale costs, exchange-rate movement on imported Korean brands, and manufacturer price updates, product prices on myfior.com may change at any time and without prior notice. A price change does not affect an order you have already placed and paid for; the price you were charged at the time of purchase is the price that applies to that order.
Despite careful review, an occasional listing, sale badge, or promotional price may contain a typographical or system error. If we discover that a price shown to you was materially incorrect due to such an error, we will contact you at the email or phone number on file before processing the affected order, and you will always have the choice to confirm the order at the corrected price or cancel it for a full refund — we will never silently charge you a higher corrected price without your consent.
Promotion Eligibility & Fraud Prevention
Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, one discount code or promotional offer may be applied per order, discount codes cannot generally be combined with an item that is already marked down through a site-wide sale, and any "new customer" offer is limited to the first qualifying order per customer and household. These conditions are disclosed at the time the offer is presented, not added after the fact.
We reserve the right to cancel or adjust an order, and to decline a promotional code, where we identify clear evidence of coupon abuse, automated/bot-driven promo-code testing, resale of promotional codes not intended for public distribution, or fraudulent account activity. Legitimate customers using an offer as intended and within its stated terms will never have that offer denied for these reasons.
Checkout Confirmation & Payment
Before you submit payment, our checkout displays a full, itemized order summary: each product and its price, any discount or promo code applied, sales tax, shipping cost, and the final total to be charged — in that order, with nothing hidden below a "fold" or revealed only after payment. We accept major credit and debit cards and other payment methods shown at checkout, and your card or payment method is charged only the total amount you confirmed on that final screen.
We do not enroll customers in a recurring subscription, membership, or "continuity" program as part of a standard purchase. If we ever offer an optional subscribe-and-save or auto-replenishment program, its recurring price, billing frequency, and cancellation method will be disclosed clearly and require your separate, affirmative opt-in before enrollment.
Advertising Accuracy Across All Channels
Any price, discount percentage, or promotional claim we display in a search or shopping advertisement, social media post, email campaign, or SMS message is required to match the live price and terms on the corresponding myfior.com product page at the time the ad is shown. We do not advertise a lower price than what a customer will actually be charged, and we do not advertise a discount that has already expired or has not yet gone live on the Site.
If a paid advertisement ever directs you to a product at a price different from what is shown on that landing page, please send us the ad and a link to [email protected] so we can pause and correct it immediately.
State-Specific Pricing & Advertising Regulations
MYFIOR ships exclusively within the United States. Because pricing, advertising, and consumer-protection standards vary by state, the notices below apply to residents of the states listed, in addition to the federal Guides Against Deceptive Pricing enforced by the Federal Trade Commission and the protections of this policy as a whole.
California
As our home state, California's False Advertising Law (Bus. & Prof. Code §17500) and Unfair Competition Law (§17200) govern our pricing and promotional claims, and California's Honest Pricing Law (SB 478) requires that any mandatory fee be included in the displayed price rather than added as a hidden charge at checkout — a standard we apply to every order regardless of the customer's state.
New York
New York General Business Law Article 22-A prohibits deceptive acts and practices, including deceptive former-price comparisons. We apply the reference-price standard described in Section 4 to every "was/now" price shown to New York customers.
Texas
The Texas Deceptive Trade Practices–Consumer Protection Act (DTPA) protects consumers from false, misleading, or deceptive pricing and advertising. Texas residents retain all remedies available under the DTPA with respect to any pricing claim made on this Site.
Florida
The Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act (FDUTPA) applies to our advertising and sales practices toward Florida residents, including how discounts and reference prices are represented.
Washington
The Washington Consumer Protection Act (CPA) prohibits unfair or deceptive acts in commerce, including inflated reference pricing. We do not condition any Washington sale on a customer waiving rights available under the CPA.
All Other States
If you reside in a state not listed above, you retain all consumer protection and deceptive-pricing rights afforded to you under the laws of your state of residence, and applicable state sales tax continues to apply as described in Section 9. Nothing in this policy limits those statutory rights.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This policy is governed by the laws of the State of California and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where a customer's state of residence grants mandatory consumer or pricing protections that supersede this choice of law. Any pricing dispute arising from a purchase made through myfior.com will first be addressed through direct communication with our support team at [email protected] before any formal proceeding is initiated.
Updates to This Policy
We may revise this Pricing & Promotions Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our catalog, promotional practices, tax obligations, or applicable law. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site or purchase of products after a revision takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. We encourage you to review this page periodically, particularly before relying on an advertised discount.
