MYFIOR is solely responsible for the content, products, pricing, and customer commitments published on the Site. No third party operates the Site on our behalf, and any communication claiming to represent MYFIOR outside of the official channels listed in Section 05 should be treated as unverified.
What MYFIOR Sells
MYFIOR curates and sells authentic Korean beauty (“K-Beauty”) products across four catalog areas: Skincare (moisturizers, sunscreens, cleansers, toners, exfoliators, acne and dark-spot treatments, repair treatments, scrubs and masks, eye care, and lip care), Hair Care, Body Care, and Makeup (face, eyes, lips, and makeup accessories), together with related skincare accessories.
Every item listed on the Site is sold and classified strictly as a cosmetic as that term is defined under the U.S. Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FD&C Act) — intended to cleanse, beautify, promote attractiveness, or alter appearance, without affecting the structure or function of the body in the manner of a drug. We do not sell prescription products, medical devices, or products intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease.
Authenticity, Importation & Retailer Status
Every product listed on myfior.com is sourced as an original, unaltered item. MYFIOR does not sell counterfeit, replica, or reformulated goods of any kind.
MYFIOR is a retailer and reseller of finished, pre-manufactured cosmetic products sourced directly from established Korean and international beauty brands, including but not limited to Anua, COSRX, Beauty of Joseon, Illiyoon, SKIN1004, and the additional brands listed on our Brands page. We import and purchase inventory through legitimate distribution channels; we do not manufacture, reformulate, dilute, or repackage any product we sell.
Where a product is imported from Korea or another country, original manufacturer labeling may include a supplementary English ingredient and usage sticker applied by MYFIOR to support U.S. cosmetic labeling requirements, without altering the underlying formulation.

Pricing, Currency & Sales Tax
All prices displayed on myfior.com are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and reflect the price of the product only; shipping charges and applicable sales tax are calculated and disclosed separately at checkout before you confirm payment. We do not display a price in one currency and charge a different currency at checkout.
Sales tax is calculated based on your shipping address and applicable state and local tax law, consistent with the economic nexus framework established by South Dakota v. Wayfair, Inc. Discounts, promotional pricing, and flash sale terms are governed in full by our Pricing & Promotions Policy, and accepted payment methods and billing practices are set out in our Billing Practices & Payment Policy.
Orders, Shipping & Delivery Scope
MYFIOR currently ships exclusively within the United States. We do not process or fulfill international orders placed from outside the U.S., and any order that fails address verification for a non-U.S. destination will be cancelled and refunded. Estimated delivery windows, carriers used, and same-day delivery availability in select areas are detailed in full in our Shipping Policy.
An order is confirmed once payment is successfully authorized and you receive an order confirmation email. Order corrections and cancellation windows are governed by our Order Cancellation Policy.
Returns, Cancellations & Warranty
Eligible products may be returned within the timeframe and condition requirements set out in our Return Policy. Because most of our catalog consists of personal-care and cosmetic items, sealed or used products are subject to the hygiene-related conditions described in that policy for the safety of all customers.
Where a manufacturer provides a warranty covering defects, that warranty is described in our Warranty Policy. Nothing in this notice or any linked policy limits a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be waived under the consumer protection law of your state of residence.
Product Safety, Ingredients & Allergen Transparency

However, packaging supplied by manufacturers changes from time to time, and screen display settings can cause minor color variation between a photo and the physical product you receive. Blog articles, skin-type guides, and buying guides published on the Site reflect general cosmetic-industry knowledge at the time of writing, are provided for general informational and entertainment purposes, and are not continuously updated to reflect the latest dermatological research.

California
Proposition 65: Some cosmetic products can expose users to trace chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer or reproductive harm; where a manufacturer provides a Prop 65 notice, we display it on the relevant product page. As our home state, California's consumer protection statutes govern many of our day-to-day business practices.
New York
New York General Business Law Article 22-A prohibits deceptive acts and practices in consumer transactions. We do not make cosmetic claims that would mislead a reasonable consumer, and New York residents retain all rights available under state deceptive-practices law.
Texas
The Texas Deceptive Trade Practices–Consumer Protection Act (DTPA) protects consumers from false, misleading, or deceptive advertising. Texas residents retain all remedies available under the DTPA with respect to their purchases.
Florida
The Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act (FDUTPA) applies to our advertising and sales practices toward Florida residents and their transactions with MYFIOR.
Washington
The Washington Consumer Protection Act (CPA) prohibits unfair or deceptive acts in commerce. We do not condition any sale on a customer waiving rights available under the CPA.
All Other States
If you reside in a state not listed above, you retain all consumer protection and product liability rights afforded to you under the laws of your state of residence. Nothing in this notice limits those statutory rights.

This Legal Notice is governed by the laws of the State of California and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where your state of residence grants mandatory consumer protections that supersede this choice of law.
