Purpose & Scope of This Policy
This Order Cancellation Policy explains, in plain language, exactly when and how you can cancel an order placed with MYFIOR ("MYFIOR," "we," "us," or "our") on myfior.com (the "Site"), what refund you will receive, and the specific circumstances under which MYFIOR itself may need to cancel an order. It works alongside our Shipping Policy and Return Policy, which govern items after they have shipped.
By placing an order on myfior.com, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the terms below. If anything here is unclear, please contact us at [email protected] before placing an order.
Can You Cancel Before Shipment? Yes — Within Our Processing Window
You may cancel your order free of charge at any time before it ships — in practice, within approximately 24 hours of placing it, which is our standard order-processing (handling) time as described in our Shipping Policy.
All orders on myfior.com are processed within 24 hours of being placed and are typically handed to our shipping partners (UPS or USPS) within one business day, excluding weekends and public holidays. Your cancellation window runs from the moment you place your order until whichever comes first: (a) the order is handed to the carrier and you receive your Shipment Confirmation email, or (b) 24 hours have passed since the order was placed. Because our handling time is fast, we strongly recommend requesting a cancellation as soon as possible after placing your order to maximize the chance we can intercept it before it ships.
Before Shipment
Order placed, payment received, but not yet handed to UPS/USPS and no Shipment Confirmation email sent. You may cancel for a full refund, no questions asked.
After Shipment
Order already scanned in by the carrier and a Shipment Confirmation email sent. The order can no longer be cancelled; please use our Return Policy once the item arrives.
Refund Amount if Cancelled
If your order is successfully cancelled before it ships, you will receive a full refund of 100% of the amount you paid, including the product price, any sales tax charged, and your original shipping and handling fee — since no product was manufactured, prepared, or shipped, no restocking fee or deduction applies.
If your order contains multiple items and one or more items have already shipped while the rest have not, we will cancel and fully refund only the portion of the order that has not yet shipped; the shipped portion will follow our Return Policy if you wish to return it. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of the cancellation being confirmed; please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the credit.

We will confirm receipt of your cancellation request and let you know whether we were able to intercept the order before it shipped.

"Orders Are Subject to Availability" — What This Means
Product listings on myfior.com reflect our inventory at the time a page was last updated, but because we sell fast-moving Korean beauty products across many brands, availability can occasionally change between when you place an order and when we prepare it for shipment. When we state that orders are "subject to availability," it means MYFIOR may need to cancel all or part of an order in the specific circumstances below, always with a full refund of the affected amount.
The item you ordered is out of stock, discontinued by the brand, or on backorder with no reliable restock date.
A pricing or product description error is identified on the listing before your order ships.
Your payment cannot be verified, is declined, or is reversed by your bank or card issuer.
The shipping address provided is outside the United States, incomplete, or otherwise undeliverable — we currently ship domestically only.
We identify signs of suspected fraudulent activity or an unusually high-risk transaction pattern on the order.
The same order appears to have been placed twice in error (a duplicate order).
The manufacturer issues a recall or safety notice affecting the specific product ordered.
You request the cancellation yourself within the window described in Section 2.
Where MYFIOR cancels all or part of an order under this section, we will notify you by email as soon as possible and issue a full refund of the cancelled portion to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Order Changes & Address Edits
If you need to change an item, quantity, or shipping address rather than cancel the entire order, the same processing-window timeline in Section 2 applies: we can only make changes before the order is handed to the carrier. Please contact us using any method in Section 4 as soon as possible, quoting your order number and the exact change you need. If the order has already shipped, we are unable to modify it, and you will need to arrange a return once it arrives, per our Return Policy, or refuse delivery with the carrier if it has not yet been delivered.
What Happens After the Cancellation Window Closes
Once your order has been handed to UPS or USPS and you have received a Shipment Confirmation email, it is considered outside the scope of this Cancellation Policy. At that point:
- If you no longer want the item, you may request a return once it is delivered, under the eligibility rules in our Return Policy (unused, unopened, original sealed packaging, within 30 days of delivery).
- If the package arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours of delivery per our Return Policy and Section 9 of our Warranty Policy.
- You may also refuse delivery of the package with the carrier; if you do, please notify us so we can track the return shipment and process your refund once it reaches us.
Payment & Refund Processing Timeline
Once a cancellation is confirmed by our team, we release the payment hold or process the refund with our payment processor immediately. Refunds are returned to your original payment method — credit card, debit card, or other payment method used at checkout — within 7–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few additional business days for the credited amount to appear on your statement. We do not issue cancellation refunds as store credit unless you specifically request it.
State-Specific Consumer Notices
MYFIOR ships exclusively within the United States. Because consumer protection standards vary by state, the notices below apply to residents of the states listed. These notices are provided in addition to, not instead of, this policy in its entirety.
California
As our principal place of business, California's consumer protection statutes, including the Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act where applicable, inform our cancellation and refund practices.
New York
New York General Business Law Article 22-A prohibits deceptive trade practices, including misrepresenting cancellation or refund terms. New York residents retain all remedies available under state law.
Texas
The Texas Deceptive Trade Practices–Consumer Protection Act (DTPA) protects Texas residents from misleading cancellation or refund practices.
Florida
The Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act (FDUTPA) applies to our cancellation and refund representations toward Florida residents.
Washington
The Washington Consumer Protection Act (CPA) prohibits unfair or deceptive cancellation practices, and no sale is conditioned on waiving CPA rights.
All Other States
If you reside in a state not listed above, you retain all consumer protection and cancellation rights afforded to you under the laws of your state of residence.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This policy is governed by the laws of the State of California and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where a customer's state of residence grants mandatory consumer protections that supersede this choice of law. Any dispute arising from an order cancellation will first be addressed through direct communication with our support team at [email protected] before any formal proceeding is initiated.
Updates to This Policy
We may revise this Order Cancellation Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our fulfillment process, applicable law, or business practices. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site or placement of an order after a revision takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
